The Customer Space is an online platform where our customers can easily access their travel insurance contracts, make changes, and manage their personal information.  

This service is exclusively available for travel insurance customers.

Please note that only travel insurance contracts purchased on or after November 21, 2024, are accessible in the Customer Space. If your contract was purchased before this date, or if you don’t have a valid contract, you will not be able to log in at this time. 

For contracts purchased on or after November 21, 2024, you will receive an email with instructions to create your account and access your Customer Space. You can log in here.

Yes, you can access the Customer Space from any internet-connected device, including smartphones and tablets. 

A mobile app will also be available soon.

Absolutely! Security is our top priority. Our platform uses advanced technologies and state-of-the-art security protocols to ensure the protection of your personal information and transactions.

Go to the login page, click on “Forgot Password,” and follow the instructions to reset it.

Yes, you can make several changes on your own, such as adding or removing a traveller from your contract, extending your coverage, updating your trip dates, editing your personal information, and more.

This feature is not available in the Customer Space at the moment. To submit a claim, please fill out the form (available here) and use our secure electronic filing site.
